Weissenthurm (main simulation) with Lutzel and Andernach linked all together

V402 indication for trains coming from Lutzel/Urmitz doesnt works

The same indication (Announcement) from Andernach is OK

Technician ask me to keep out of service all tracks Andernach-Weissenthurm for a catenary job. I ask Andernach Dispatcher, to send me trains on other tracks (KWEH-KAND) but when train started from KAND the train crew tell me that was an incident because train was under a not alimented catenary.

is this correct ?

Why all tracks are without energy ?
