I notice in KAND two indicators for train routed towards next station on left side. This signal is always required or it is an optional because in HK this signal is not present in south station side.

The Left Line indicator is available in those situations where a full signalled way of running on teh left line is available.

Normally this signal (Zs 6) is mounted on the signal. Sometimes it's placed individually to save money.

Only where there is an individual placed Zs 6 signal, you'll see it on the panel.
