It's my understanding that the word tractie, written in the right most column of the timetable, means I'm supposed to send that train to one of the tracties, when it is done in my yard.

But, when I call the tractie dispatcher, I don't have the option of sending the train that is listed with tractie, 3151. What is going on?

make sure the train is in the same direction as the road to traction. And it should be standing (unless you have the option on that allows you to call in for trains < 40 km/h.)

(the last option is meant to prevent that list of trains becoming really long)
