Locking windows

Featured Replies

I would like to be able to lock the windows inside Post T Arnhem, so that I can't accidentally move them around or resize them. Can this be done easily?

mmm... very good point, but that's more or less a question for Microsoft.

The application is a "MDI" form of application where you can move the windows inside the application. That's basic windows functionality.

And the whole purpose of windows is that you can move them over the screen.

so let's concentrate how it comes that you accidentally move them around and resize them? as that would happen during working with normal windows too?

So there's no way to program it into Arnhem, without modifying windows?

not in Arnhem for sure.

I had a discussion in the team to see what we can do for Hengelo. But it's a big chunk of work to circumvent windows functionality.

Dear Microsoft made it that way that you can move those windows all over your screen....

For now it's a "maybe" or "maybe later" for Hengelo. It's a > 12 hour amount of work not including testing/following options etc.

Yeah, it's not something we really need, it's just something that would be nice to have.

oh it surely is on the things I would like to have (as many other things :-))
