As usually i set not to high random defect i had not esperience on simulation

. My question is if trains can have a lowered traction performance and so to keep a different (minus) speed in stead of timetable speed or to have defects that obliged them to stay stopped waiting to solve the problem and if this problem is reported to the disptcher bu telephone.
