catenary problem

some minutes ago i was playing with Weissenthurm signal box "stand alone (no others simulation linked)

Technician ask me to keep out of service all tracks Andernach-Weissenthurm for a catenary job. I ask Andernach Dispatcher, to send me trains on other tracks (KWEH-KAND) but when train started from KAND the train crew tell me that was an incident because train was under a not alimented catenary.

is this correct ?

Why all tracks are without energy ?

on the left rhine line project (Rheingold) you can't disable the catenary at the moment. We need to find a solution for the centralized control of the catenary while in line operations. and that's not an easy one.

Danke Richard for reply. I presume that i must set to zero engineers work because in any other case when manteiner ask me to keep out of service catenary is possible to have trains problems even on tracks not interested at his work as in my example

Or refuse the works on the catenary system when beingasked for permission to do so.

No permission from the dispatcher, means no works being carriedout, thus no powerless catenary
