Hallo,

ich habe mir die Stw-Simu Bonn Hbf + Gelsenkirchen Hbf gekauft, leider funktioniert der Download nicht. Ich bin unterwegs und habe eine instabile Leitung, der Download ist daraufhin mehrmals abgebrochen, jetzt kann ich den Link nicht mehr anklicken.

Was mache ich nun?

schreibe an den Shopmanager (siehe erhaltene emails). Er kann den Downloadzahl resetten.

Aber am Besten wartest Du bis es eine stabile Leitung gibt. Downloads ueber instabile Leitung wuerde ich genauso wenig machen wie eine Auto durch 1 Meter Wasser fahren. Beides geht einfach nicht.
