defines the point at wich accelleration drops of at higher speed.

but which is the meaning of this value. Is possible to have some examples in real practice

A train can't have full acceleration power up until maximum speed. From a certain point, the traction effort will become less, and hence the acceleration will become less. That turning point is given by that value.

notice that this is a limitation in the retail version only. The professional version has way more capabilities :-).
