Roisdorf simulation (stand alone) no others simulation connected

i have track Roisodrf-Sechtem out of service permanently (Bauzug with sostitutions of rails) I send a train to Sechtem and blue circle (near block indication arrow) is light with train is arrived at Sechtem . All tracks are free, the problem seems to be only with this blue circle . If i try to reverse block with EAGT this function has not effect Please someone can tell me the way to send a train from Sechtem to my signal box in this evenience ?

post scriptum

i had an idea, to fix a route from my station to Sechtem. After to revoke it. And as miracle blue circle disappears and so i can reverse block. But i dont think that is the normal way ?
