AndrewG Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 Scenario: - You notice an issue with a Signal and call out the technician; - You save the game before the technician has fixed the problem; - Does the restored game recognise that a technician is on his way or do you need to make another call? I can't recall seeing evidence of a technician arriving without a 2nd call in this situation although I may be wrong. Suspect I may have had a similar issue with a train delayed by a medical emergency.
signalsoftRC Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 it *might* be that we have forgotten to add the technical "on the way" to the list of "to saved items"... if you give him another call, a new one, after loading it, it will redo the normal thing then... if we don't forget, we might look into it.

For example , even i had a big amount of hours training on Signalsoft products i dont remember problems at switches (lose control) ? Areswitches problems in this list ? Have a good day Diego

I suspect it is an omission because you don't get the option on the telephone for a saved game to say that the signal appears to be repaired now. If you make a new call re the signal this option appears if you try and call again before the repair has been effected.
