If i try to move this shunting loko from Gleis 31 to Gleis 32 Lok starts but suddenly stops on switch 13 and doesnt restart even if i give an order with telephone.

IS this a bug ?

The driver is virtual. Don't get angry with him (read: only thing you can do is hurt your computer - don't do that )

Dear Erwin, i dont know in Germany but in Italy there is not too much love among Dispatchers and train drivers !!!

that depends on the dispatcher. having a good dispatcher is awesome and its fun to work with them, but sometimes you have very slow dispatchers, who are like "ohmygod 2 Trains in the whole Area, i cant permit any shunting movements until they are all gone!"
