Unable To Revoke Routes

Recommended Posts

Posted

Whilst trying to familiarise myself with the Dusseldorf-Gerresheim panel I have attempted to set and revoke various routes but I cannot revoke any routes. I have read the Wiki pages for Dusseldorf-Gerresheim and for Sp Dr S 600 panel group buttons and followed their instructions, but I am still unable to revoke any routes, despite trying various button combinations. Is there something I have overlooked, and has anyone else encountered this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,

Phil.

Hi Phil,

before you can revoke a route with SpDrS 600 you have to set the start signal to red by using the HaGT. Did you do this?

Hi Helmut,

Yes I have set the signals to red but I still cannot revoke the routes, and I also cannot get the signals to show proceed again.

What did you do?

Example:

  • Set the route N103 - 303 by pressing the two signal buttons.
  • Wait until N103 shows proceed.
  • Press HaGT and N103. Signal falls back to stop.
  • Remove the blue cap from FHT G.
  • Press FHT G and the button of signal 303 (destination). Route will revoke.

After having another look at the Wiki pages I've realised my error.

I was replacing the signals to red, but then trying to revoke the routes in the same way as on a Sp Dr S 60 panel by pressing the start and end buttons of the route, when I should only press the end button. Problem solved.

Hi Phil,

after setting the start signal to red you have to use the FHGT only with the end button of the route.

I`'ve just tried myself, it should work.

Hi Helmut,

Yes I had overlooked that instruction, just the end button, not start and end as on the Sp Dr S 60 panel. I've tried it myself now and it works.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

Phil.
