wie kann ich die 2012er-Fahrplan-Datei in eine MDB-Datei umwandeln.

Sie ist bei mir eine winrar-Datei und wenn ich sie entpacke ist sie eine Microsoft Office Access Datei.

mdb steht für Microsoft Office Database und ist eine Access-Datenbankdatei. Was willst du da noch umwandeln?

Außer mit Access kannst du diese Datei mit diversen Open Office Anwendungen öffnen. Z.B. hiermit: http://www.chip.de/downloads/MDB-Datei-oeffnen_46750974.html
