BONN Graphic timetable

Recommended Posts

As i said in a personal email to Richard i ask him if possible to control an solve in next updates the problem on graphic timetable in Bonn signal box simulation because trains coming from North Germany direct to south have a half line only until Bonn while train coming from south direct to north have a complete line representation throught bonn hbf . As i'm in my real life a train dispatcher and normally i work with train graphic timetable this is an important feature for me !!

Thanks

Diego fron NW Italy

we're aware.... working on it...

it seems to be an oddity that's not easy to find...

I have forgotten another thing. When trains are delayed graphic is correct only for bonn time (arriving and starting or passing time). For example if a train coming from KBBG to KROI has a starting time at 21:00, Bon passing time is 21:11 and KROI passing time is 21:16 if train is delayed (10 minutes) the line of his timetable starts at KBBG at 21:00 and not at 21:10 but at Bon Hbf train line is written correct at 21:21 and so KROI. Why system do not correct time at stations when train enter in the simulation ?

Good night

Hi Diego,

if a train is delayed we change the timetable times. The times train appear into the simulation is independent of that. Changing that one has a side effect at the moment. We were aware of it and are busy with a change in that module.

I think it should be right that even the time the train appears should be "delayed". Otherwise the graphic looks a bit steep.

after a long search... found it! (a day's work for ONE silly line of code)

as soon as there's an update, you'll see it happening.

(if you look in the Amsterdam CS beta, you can see it already.

Very thanks to you for improving the software. Please where is Amsterdam beta Cs ?

Hello Richard. Please i have a question for you

As I have welcomed the news of the discovery of the bug in graphic train schedule and Bonn Hbf is at the moment the simulation i like more to play (also a matter of habit after 25 years of working in train dispatching trains for me are just red dots and not yellow as in dutch simulation to indicate track occupance and also because my work is all day on a stellwerke that is very similar to SpdrS60)

Do you think in the next future to give us an update for Bonn Hbf ? Pheraps you and your staff are a very lot involved in Amsterdam Simulation. this is very understandable and I'm sorry if I persisted with this question.

Ciao

Yep, we're close in bringing out an update for Bonn, Gelsenkirchen and Braunschweig. It's waiting on some testing at the moment.

We just startet testing on Andernach and Hürth-Kalscheuren (2 new Sp Dr S 60 type of signal towers) and we're adjusting the other simulations to the new code parts.

Amsterdam is sofar read. Waiting on the final tests for the timetable and some minor things.

Very thanks Richard for your fast reply to my questions. To understand that there are some new SpdrS 60 simulation arriving make me very happy !!

Good evening

Thank Richard as always for your fast reply to my question. I'm very happy to know that there are the two German simulations soon arriving.

....and also for Kleinstadt new version. Is possible to know what kid of improvements there are in this new version and it will be free for our customers as old kleinstadt ?

....sorry...... your customers !!

Kleinstadt will have the new small red train number indicators, two level crossings and the ZNP801 installation working. (And two additional signals)

And oh yeah: an extra cross over for the trains from Unterberg :-) Bit of less conflicts.

also: Bonn Update might be available in a couple of hours.

Kleinstadt update is out. You;ll see it on screen.

Thanks to Richard for Bonn and kleinstadt update. So this simulation (kleinstadt) that is simply is also complete (with ZNP801 number entry panel and Railroad crossing) and can be the best training for your customers. All Ok now also in Bonn for graphic train schedule.

Very very well !!

Hallo Richard i post an old thread of mine and i ask you please if in next future you can have time to improve correct train graphic schedule for delayed trains

Thanks for reply and good night
