graham Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 Hi All, Received the email with update (thanks) and information about Hengelo. I realise there is info in the Dutch & German forums but my translator doesn't make much sense of it. I wonder could it also be added to the English forum as well please? Also what is the process for creating new or editing existing timetables? Can the Movement Orders be adjusted permanently as well? thanks, Graham

Sorry for a bit tardiness in that. Very busy with finalizing Hengelo even. if you're a bit literate with MS Access, you can create new or edit existing timetables. But this only works if you have a valid license key. It's a little bit extra from us. You don't need this to play normally. Within the MS Access database you can adjust the Movement Orders as you like. But be warned: because it is a high fidelity simulation, making changes is NOT too easy. The more interesting things you can do are with Scenarios. It's actually meant for professional users, but we made it available to the general public too. To make things work in both the timetable and the Scenarios, you need our little SDK. It's a longer document that describes the entries in the timetable and the scenario files.
graham Posted February 1, 2010 Author Posted February 1, 2010 Thanks Richard, No need to apologise, you have to do what you have to do. The latest browser message through Arnhem says we can have a look at and even participate in the Hengelo beta. Is there somewhere we can go to have a sneak preview?
