Timetable Printing Issue

Featured Replies

I've been busy printing off the latest up-to-date timetables for my sims and I've encountered an issue with cologne Hbf original sim. When I click print I get a pop-up dialog box with the message "The given key was not present in the dictionary", and the timetable does not print. Has anyone else come across this problem?

Regards,

Phil.

Hi Phil,

I've just tried it and got no problem printing the timetable, doesn't matter in which language. Perhaps you start the sim anew and try it again.

Helmut

Hi Helmut,

Apologies for not replying sooner, I have been away from my PC for a week.

I have just tried as you suggested but the result is the same.

Hi Helmut, I've just had the same error occur. Restarting didn't help. Any suggestions on what to try next?

Hi Riemer,

what sim are you talking about? Köln Hbf? I have no problems with printing the timetable by train number or by time?

Perhaps you have to start the sim as admin.

I do not have any issues with printing the timetable from within Cologne Hbf 1996 version.

Actually, my suspicion is not the simulation program itself.
Maybe a recent Microsoft Windows update has messed up something in your PC's configuration (you won't be the first person who having issues after another big roll out of a Windows 10 update)

Are you printing to real paper or are you printing PDF files?
At least you could check if re-installing the printer driver (or get the newest driver)

In case of a PDF printer: check if a newer version of that "printer" is available or try re-installing such program.
