Wurzburg Reward Points

Good Evening,

Wurzburg shows that it can be purchased for 2000 reward points. But when I input the 2000 points it only takes off 20 Euro instead of paying for the sim as indicated. Is this a false statement, that would be a great disappointment because I purchased another sim to push me over the threshold. Or am I not doing something correctly?

I think this is a mistake. As far as I know is 2000 points the maximum amount of points you can use when purchasing a simulation. And the price of the simulation has to be at least 40 €.
100 reward points are equal 1 €.

 

This would explain, why 20 € are taken off if you want to redeem 2000 points.

I just added this simulation to my Cart and now understand where you referring to.
Yes, the webshop does state "Price in reward points: 2000"

 

Already informed the webshop owner about this.
Such indication is not shown for any other available sim, so I think this is an error
