1. When you buyed our software, you got a registration code from the webshop and a downloadfile which contains the software. The Program is always an EXE file. The registration code is in the webshop. It is NOT send to you. So you must enter the webshop and copy it from there.
2. The first this you must do is get your software registrated. You must got to http://signalsimulation.com/registration/.
   There you can choose your language and enter your credentials. You then get a email to confirm your email address. When you confirm your email address, you will get a license key via email. (This process can take up to 48 hours)!!! If you not getting these emails, first check your SPAM box. If you wait 48 hours and still no email has been received, you then can send an email to 'feedback' at 'signalsimulation.com' and inform them about the problem.
3. The licensekey is mandatory for the larger simulations to run and therefore they need a live internet connection. The smaller ones do not need the license to run. With the license installed you allways get updates and extensions.
4. Now it's time to install the software. Therefor you start the EXE file, but do it as ADMINISTRATOR.
5. Depending on what simulation you installs there are a few options.
   1. The installation ask for the registration key and you must give the location of the key file.
   2. The installation ask if you have already registered but not asking for a location of the key file
   3. The installation does not ask you for a key file.
   When you got option 2 or 3, you have to manually enter the key file. To do this, you start the simulation. After it has started go to the INFORMATION TAB. There you will find the option to enter the key file.
6. When the key file is entered, then CLOSE the simulation, and START it again as ADMINISTRATOR.
7. When now starting, you can get a notice that ther is an UPDATE. Click on the button to start the update process. Also there can be additional downloads for you.
8. From now on you can start the program by using the icon. It's not necessary to start it as Administrator every time. Only for Updates it must be started as administrator.

 

If for some reason you got an installation error when trying to download the .NET 2.0 files, you must manually download them. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6041, choose your language. Download it, and install it. And then start the installation of owr simulation again.
